Combos
EAttack
Safe passive exchange
Use the damaging area and then consume Illumination when attack range is safe.
Skip the attack when it exposes you to engage. The passive is an opportunity, not an obligation.Common mistakes
- Detonating E before its slow creates a useful restriction
- Approaching for a passive attack while enemy engage remains available
- Spending Q for poke while an immediate diver is missing
Strengths
- Ranged area control before a full commitment
- A binding can affect up to two units
- The ultimate can follow a distant controlled target without an attack-range approach
Weaknesses
- Missing binding can expose a weak close-range defense
- Trying to consume every passive mark can defeat the range advantage
- A narrow shield line needs deliberate allied positioning
